In-house Technician (m/f/d) - Duesseldorf Area

We are looking for a motivated employee in our building services department to look after our rooms and buildings in and around Duesseldorf.

Your tasks:

• Repair and maintenance work (e.g. fire protection system, repairs, heating maintenance) in and around the building.
• Checking and monitoring the building services.
• Accompanying maintenance companies.
• Checking our housekeeping ticket management.

Your profile:

• Residence in Düsseldorf or (close) surroundings.
• Completed vocational training in a technical/trade profession or previous experience in the hotel, cleaning and/or trade sector.
• Willingness to travel in the Düsseldorf area.
• Flexibility and communication skills.
• German language skills and solid English language skills.
• Valid driver's license.
