How you'll be hosting with heart:

• Take ownership of the recruitment process for student positions, from creating engaging job postings, screening candidates to conducting interviews.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to provide an excellent candidate experience and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.

• Support sourcing efforts to identify and engage potential candidates for various roles using LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Assist in maintaining and optimizing our applicant tracking system and recruitment documentation.

• Collaborate with the team to create innovative strategies for attracting top talent.

What you need to shoot for the stars: 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• A strong interest in talent acquisition and a passion for working with people.

• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS platforms).

• Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken.

• A proactive mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• A collaborative and friendly approach that makes working with you a pleasure.
