How you'll be hosting with heart:
Take ownership of the recruitment process for student positions, from creating engaging job postings, screening candidates to conducting interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to provide an excellent candidate experience and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Support sourcing efforts to identify and engage potential candidates for various roles using LinkedIn and other platforms.
Assist in maintaining and optimizing our applicant tracking system and recruitment documentation.
Collaborate with the team to create innovative strategies for attracting top talent.
Job requirements
What you need to shoot for the stars:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
A strong interest in talent acquisition and a passion for working with people.
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS platforms).
Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken.
A proactive mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative and friendly approach that makes working with you a pleasure.
