    • München, Germany
  • Digital Product

Job description

Let’s shoot for the stars:
Imagine a hospitality operation where administrative tasks turn into automated workflows. You will see your impact from day one, saving hours of time and effort for the Back-Office team. We're looking for a working student who wants to replace manual work and help a fast-growing hospitality operator scale across Europe.

You'll be embedded in our Automation Team, working directly on real workflows that process hundreds of invoices and documents every month

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

  • Develop and maintain automated workflows for invoice processing and other backoffice administrative tasks

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation models to ensure reliability at scale

  • Proactively identify new automation opportunities, from order matching to contract reminders

  • Document all workflows clearly so they can be handed over, scaled, and maintained by the team

Job requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • Hands-on experience with a no-code / low-code automation tool such as n8n, make or similar

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude or similar for building and debugging workflows

  • Ability to understand, manipulate and transform structured data — from spreadsheets to API responses

  • Eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset: you spot mismatches, propose fixes, and document your work

  • Scalability thinking: you design production-grade workflows effortlessly handling hundreds of executions/month

We're designed to stay because:

  • Onboarding and Feedback: We make sure that you’ll have a smooth start through our well thought-out onboarding process. Develop yourself through constant feedback and peer reviews.

  • Oneteam: A transparent company culture with team stand-ups, regular all-hands, suite company events (Summer, Wiesn).

  • Everything for our limehomies: Up to 24 paid vacation days in a year, discounts at Urban Sports Club, support with mental health (Nilo.health), staycations in one of our suite Limehomes, and many more benefits.

  • Competitive Salary: live comfortably in Munich as a working student with our salary of €15/17 per hour, as a voluntary/mandatory intern with our salary of €2550/1800 per month.

  • Free Drinks and Snacks: We always provide fresh fruit, healthy snacks and chocolate, as well as juices and coffee.
