Job description

Let’s shoot for the stars:
We are seeking a driven and analytically strong (Senior) Manager FP&A (m/f/d) to join our Finance team at Limehome. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Finance & FP&A, you'll strengthen our financial stewardship across budgeting, planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnering - building the analytical rigor and automation that enable confident decision-making as we scale. On an ad-hoc basis, you'll also support Corporate Finance initiatives around fundraising, debt financing, and M&A when business priorities require.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

Budgeting, Planning & Analysis

  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring bottom-up planning is executed with rigor and on schedule

  • Prepare and analyze consolidated cash flow forecasts to deepen our understanding of liquidity needs and spending patterns

  • Build and maintain property-level and business-line analysis, ensuring leadership has the financial insights needed for informed decisions

Financial Reporting & Automation

  • You'll be accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of investor reporting deliverables, ensuring compliance with lender and investor requirements

  • Identify and implement reporting automation opportunities, reducing manual effort and improving data validation across the finance function

  • Support the development and maintenance of reusable reporting templates and frameworks


Business Partnering 

  • Cooperate with key stakeholders across the organization for regular business reviews, analyzing financial performance against plan and identifying key variance drivers

  • Support financial analysis and strategic investigations, providing data-driven insights to inform investment decisions across the company

  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of financial dashboards and executive commentary on key performance indicators for the leadership team

Treasury & Risk Management

  • Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of treasury software solutions, optimizing cash management tooling and automation across entities

  • Prepare and maintain intra-group fund flows and cash arrangements

  • Assist with the analysis and management of foreign exchange and interest rate exposures, contributing to risk mitigation strategies and hedging recommendations

Job requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Treasury, controlling, or comparable analytical finance roles, ideally in high-growth or scaling environments

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, combined with thorough attention to detail, structured process thinking, and pragmatic problem-solving approach

  • Demonstrated understanding of financial statement analysis and key performance indicators relevant to business stewardship

  • Hands-on proficiency with reporting, business intelligence, or enterprise performance management tools; ability to work effectively with large datasets and commitment to process automation

  • Structured, accountability-focused working approach with demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver consistently against commitments

  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities, with demonstrated effectiveness in cross-functional and external stakeholder engagement

  • Excellent command of English (business fluent); proficiency in German is advantageous
