(Senior) Manager Financial Systems & Automation (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly driven and technically strong Senior Manager Financial Systems & Automation to join our Finance team at Limehome. Reporting directly to the VP Finance, you will own and develop our financial systems stack end-to-end, establishing the first ERP foundation, scaling finance operations, and introducing process automation and AI-enabled workflows. You will shape how finance works at scale to deliver steering relevant insights and ensure financial compliance.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

Systems Architecture & ERP Management

• Support the definition of and implement the overall financial systems architecture aligned with company growth plans

• Lead the selection and rollout of a scalable Finance ERP and establish / manage integrations with adjacent systems to ensure real-time data synchronization; own subsequent continuous administration and optimization

• Design multi-entity, multi-market structures
  

Process Automation & AI Enablement

• Deploy automated (inluding AI-supported) workflows for core finance activities to reduce closing and reporting timelines while ensuring high quality data

• Drive AI literacy and adoption in the Finance Team and enable the team to identify and implement AI-based process improvements

• Collaborate closely and e􏰀ectively with both the Finance team as well as other relevant stakeholders inside and outside of the company to continuously improve systems, tooling and operational quality across regions
  

Data & Reporting Excellence

• Establish reliable data flows and a single source of truth for financial data, enabling accurate financial reporting

• Support automated FP&A reporting and reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets, including building automated dashboards for relevant stakeholders

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• 5+ years in Finance Operations or Systems roles

• Proven experience managing finance systems and ERP implementation or transformation projects as well es ongoing finance system administration and development

• Strong understanding of accounting and finance operations

• Hands-on experience with automation tools and integrations; coding skills are a

  plus

• Demonstrated ability to apply AI-driven solutions in finance or operations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to delivery, paired with an ability to apply pragmatism

• Ability to effectively work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling environment

• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (business fluent), fluency in German is a plus
