Join our team as a Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d) in Munich!

You could become a "Host with Heart" for the following tasks:

IT Infrastructure Evaluation:

• Assess IT infrastructure for new projects, including greenfield and takeover projects.

• Assist with initial planning during the building phase and conduct on-site evaluations.

• Ensure the infrastructure is designed and implemented to facilitate seamless equipment installation and readiness at the locations.

IT Hardware Planning and Installation:

• Plan hardware components for Internet, access systems, TV, and other IoT devices.

• Order necessary hardware and lead technical teams for on-site installation.

Internet & TV Signal Management:

• Ensure sufficient Internet and TV signal availability and secure timely delivery of required lines.

Post-Go-Live Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the highest quality standards and guest satisfaction after project completion.

• Document on-site infrastructure to maintain accurate information for troubleshooting.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• 5+ years proven experience in IT project management, ideally in property development or hospitality environments.

• Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts effectively.

• Expertise in IT infrastructure, including internet systems, access control, IoT, and hardware management.

• Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Fluency in English and German.
