How you'll be hosting with heart:
Use your full creativity to create compelling employer branding content for our career site, LinkedIn, and internal communication channels.
Design and create compelling visuals using Canva, including social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials, as well as produce and edit high-quality videos tailored to various platforms and audiences.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on employer branding trends.
Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle for student job positions, including crafting engaging job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Support sourcing efforts to identify and engage potential candidates for various roles using LinkedIn and other platforms.
Job requirements
What you need to shoot for the stars:
Currently enrolled or recent graduate in a Bachelor's / Master's program in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
First experience or strong interest in employer branding or recruiting with a strong passion for storytelling, branding and working with people.
Proficiency in MS Office and a flair for using digital tools (e.g., Social Media, LinkedIn, Canva, Video Editing Tools).
Outstanding ability to convey ideas and information clearly, concisely, and persuasively in English and German both written and oral forms.
Collaborative spirit, working harmoniously with team members across different functions.
Beyond all you are creative, detail oriented and have strong organizational skills and want to gain experience in a fast paced environment.
