Job description

We're looking for an Operations Manager (d/f/m) to join our Facility Management team in Madrid!

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

As part of the Facility Management team, you will:

  • Oversee a portfolio of properties across Madrid & other northern cities in Spain

  • Lead the operational management of our Northern region portfolio, ensuring all properties meet Limehome’s quality and performance standards

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to guarantee the proper functionality of our apartments and long-term guest satisfaction

  • Monitor and improve KPIs, quality metrics, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement

  • Hire, manage and support on-site employees across your region, ensuring they maintain properties up to standard and handle repairs, maintenance, and improvements effectively, as well as ensuring compliance with SLAs and Limehome standards

  • Manage internal and external teams (technical providers, contractors, landlords, etc.) to deliver high-quality and efficient service

  • Work closely with internal management and other stakeholders to aligning regional goals with company strategy and contractual obligations

  • Participate in pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties, ensuring technical readiness and operational handover

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field — or have equivalent professional experience

  • You are fully fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken

  • You bring at least 3–4 years of experience in operations, ideally managing external partners and handling the day-to-day in a dynamic environment

  • Experience in hospitality, facility management, or real estate operations is a strong plus

  • You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities

  • You’re confident when it comes to negotiation and conflict resolution, especially when dealing with landlords, suppliers, or demanding stakeholders

  • You’re ready to take ownership of a large and diverse region, ensuring high performance and smooth operations

  • You’re comfortable working with project management softwares & tools, and quick to learn new ones
