Junior Asset Manager (m/f/d)

Job description

We’re looking for a Junior Asset Manager who joins our team in Madrid!

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

  • You’ll supervise property performance and conflict management with external and internal stakeholders. This includes preparing and analyzing documentation (formal communications, responses to official claims…etc.), as well as managing insurance policies.

  • You’ll manage extra-judicial and judicial matters with an external legal counsel

  • You’ll prepare and draft contracts regarding delivery reports, addenda, parking agreements, communications and lease agreements.

  • You’ll take care of financial management, including invoice control of rental payments, evolution of rents (CPI adjustments, variable rents…etc.), as well as control and management of deposits and guarantees. You’ll also track and manage direct expenses (community fees, taxes…etc.) and financial databases

  • You’ll be the point of contact with authorities regarding licenses and registration of properties. This includes the coordination and assistance with administrative inspections, contact with inspectors, and monitoring of required adjustments to obtain final licenses/registrations

  • You’ll support with legal matters involving property owners and guests, as well as coordination with external law firms

Job requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Law. A double degree combining both is a plus.

  • You are fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken

  • You have strong Excel and reporting skills

  • You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities

  • You are detailed-oriented and work with data accuracy

  • You’re comfortable with structured processes and are willing to learn within the business area
