Be the key to excellent customer service in our Portuguese market! Join our team as a Portuguese and English-speaking Receptionist and create memorable customer experiences. Bem-vindo to a role where positive interactions begin with a Portuguese 'Olá!

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

  • You take care of guest on-site, but will take care of inquiries in our ticketing system across all markets, while staying in close contact with our Guest Relations Managers to present an optimal solution for each guest no matter the situation

  • You have a watchful eye and open ear when it comes to feedback from the guest and can find creative solutions for problems

  • You give our guests a great Limehome experience by responding to their individual needs regarding reservations and services, providing all relevant information and leaving your personal touch when interacting with them

  • Besides the front desk, you’ll also handle back-office and online tasks, so your work will be a mix of onsite and digital responsibilities rather than only face-to-face interaction.

  •  You collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service.

  • You identify pain points & potential for improvement in day to day business and proactively propose solutions

  • You manage the Property Management System (PMS), including updating room status, maintaining accurate guest profiles, and coordinating room readiness

Job requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • You have a passion for communication and attending to guests' needs

  • You communicate fluently in Portuguese and English, other languages are a plus (Spanish, German and French are highly valued)

  • You have at least 1,5 years of experience in a hotel front desk/reception

  • You have a passion for customer service and stay calm even in stressful situations

  • You fully support the concept and vision of Limehome and work zealously to achieve our goals

  • You don't mind working in rotative shifts and during the weekend

  • Previous experiences in hospitality or retail are highly valued
