Intern Business Development & Operations (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Intern Business Development & Operations (m/f/d) to join our Milan team!

How you'll be hosting with heart: 

• You will support the Country Manager in all activities related to new signed units, reviewing contracts and technical requirements, as well as preparing budgets

• You will assist the team with building cost tracking of the Italian limehomes, to ensure cost efficiency at all times

• You will work together with the launch manager on the handover of new properties, as well as communicate with our external vendors on a daily basis

• You will support the operations team with our ticket system, guaranteeing and coordinating involved stakeholders in all maintenance and housekeeping topics

• You guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are up to date and contribute to the development/implementation of new ones

• You support with additional related tasks in the department and are a team player, as well as working closely with all relevant stakeholders to take limehome to the next level

What you need to shoot for the stars: 

• You have completed training or studies in the fields of Business administration, economics or engineering.

• You have good Microsoft Excel skills

• You are willing to travel and visit our properties on-site

• You are fluent in Italian and English.

• You are an independent, organized person who is not afraid to take on responsibility.You take ownership, love to tackle challenges and issues and keep cool in stressful situations.

• You are structured and have no problems setting priorities.

• Your motto is "Nothing is impossible"! You are hands-on and approach things pragmatically and every challenge in a results-oriented way.
