Job description
We are looking for a Corporate Finance Intern, who will support our Corporate Finance team with strategic topics related to fundraising, financing, and M&A activities from March until May 2025!
How you'll be hosting with heart:
- Crafting insightful presentations: You'll develop impactful presentations on strategic topics, tailored for our management team and investors.
- Building advanced financial models: You'll create complex financial and valuation models, providing crucial analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Supporting financing and M&A activities: You'll play a key role in financing and M&A processes, including target and investor searches, company valuations, and due diligence activities.
Job requirements
What you need to shoot for the stars:
- A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Corporate Finance, Accounting, Controlling, M&A, Auditing, or Finance.
- Above-average academic performance, particularly in the aforementioned focus areas.
- Relevant experience from internships, prefered domestically and internationally.
- Excellent proficiency in the MS Office suite (especially Excel) and strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident demeanor, strong sense of responsibility, a commitment to continuous learning, as well as exceptional analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
