Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

Join Our Team as a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) and play a crucial role in shaping the product strategy and execution at Limehome!

How you'll be hosting with heart: 

• You will define and drive the product vision and strategy, aligned with Limehome’s growth objectives and guest experience excellence

• You will lead discovery and validation efforts, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research, and working closely with UX and Data colleagues

• You will prioritize and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

• You will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth communication and execution of product initiatives with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams

• You will conduct research on how our internal and external users are using the application and how we can improve their experience, as well as making sure that our guests have a great stay

• You will ensure successful delivery of product initiatives, collaborating closely with the Engineering Manager to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality solutions on time
  

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You have 5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth digital environment

• You know how to develop a deep understanding of the users problems/needs and identify the best solution to solve them

• You have experience validating ideas with users early in the process, before implementing the final solution

• You have strong leadership skills and are capable of grouping colleagues around the same objective

• You are a strong communicator and are able to explain why certain features are deprioritised

• You have the ability to define and manage a roadmap based on business objectives and user needs

• You are curious to experiment and leave established paths to create something exceptional
