How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• You will act as a Project Manager and establish and roll out new processes. For example, Inkasso, a process that will collect due claims from our guests, and a Tourist Tax process that will help us save money by optimizing our city tax payments. You will be a key part of the projects starting from research to implementation.

• You will support with invoicing and relocation handling for our guests with your ability to spontaneously and politely interact with guests.

• You will work in a dynamic team and take on exciting small projects. Additionally, you will assist with daily activities such as guest communication and requests.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You are currently enrolled at a university in Germany studying Media sciences /Tourism / Economics or a similar field.

• You already have some relevant first work experiences.

• You are fluent in both English and German (C1 level).

• You would like to take ownership of your own projects, are a hands-on team member, and are able to adapt to new situations.
