Workflow Automation Specialist (d/f/m)

At Limehome, we’re transforming hospitality through technology, and we’re looking for a Workflow Automation Specialist to help scale our operations using smart, automated workflows and AI-powered tools. If you’re passionate about solving real-world problems with modern tech, this role gives you the ownership and impact you’re looking for!

This is a hands-on role for a solution builder. You won’t be managing a dev team or writing roadmaps — instead, you'll align with stakeholders and work directly with no-code/low-code tools to implement and launch automation solutions yourself.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Identify high-impact opportunities to automate manual workflows across teams, especially in Operations and Customer Experience

• Build end-to-end automation flows yourself using no-code tools like Make, Zapier, Retool and OpenAI — you are the one executing, not delegating

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Operations to integrate AI into internal processes and tools

• Lead internal training and change management to support successful AI and automation adoption

• Track and document the performance and ROI of implemented automations

• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring and proposing new AI or no-code technologies for business use

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• Proven experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, Retool, n8n) and/or AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Vertex, etc.) . Experience building AI agents (e.g., retrieval-augmented bots or copilots) is a strong plus

• Strong understanding of product thinking – ability to design scalable solutions based on real user needs

• Hands-on experience with APIs, structured data (e.g. JSON), and the ability to map out end-to-end business processes

• You bring a hybrid mindset: part builder, part thinker. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you’re technical enough to experiment with APIs, and product-savvy enough to understand business needs

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving initiatives independently, from idea to adoption

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills – able to explain complex technical ideas in simple terms

• Curious, pragmatic, and motivated by solving operational problems with real business impact
