We are looking for a Vice President Commercial (m/f/d) to join our Munich team!
How you'll be hosting with heart:
Shape and execute an ambitious commercial and revenue management strategy, driving growth and innovation.
Elevate our RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) through strategic pricing and dynamic revenue optimization.
Strengthen and expand partnerships across key distribution channels, including industry leaders like Booking.com and Expedia.
Transform insights from revenue and pricing activities into actionable strategies that empower the entire organization.
Inspire and lead a diverse, high-performing team to develop cutting-edge processes and tools that maximize impact.
Job requirements
What you'll need to shoot for the stars with us:
Proven expertise in pricing or revenue management for a large portfolio of rooms or products.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic opportunities.
A deep understanding of business fundamentals and commercial strategy.
Identify opportunities and implement innovative processes and tools.
Strong leadership and people management skills to guide and nurture a multidisciplinary team.

Relocation Support: We'll financially support your move to Munich if you live further away than 300km from our office.
