Senior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

• As our new Senior Project Manager, you'll deliver the smart infrastructure behind hundreds of apartments across DACH and beyond — from access systems to networks to CCTV. 

• If you want to see your work in action every time a guest walks through a door, this is your role.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Deliver new property go-lives on time, in budget and to quality standard — from remote preparation through onsite installation to handover

• Brief, coordinate and quality-check external installation partners on site

• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for every project before handover to operations

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations and timelines

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• 4+ years delivering technical infrastructure or ICT rollout projects — physical technology, not software

• Proven track record managing external contractors and vendors on site, holding them to quality and timeline

• Comfortable working with access control, network or building technology — you don't need to configure it, but you need to speak the language

• Structured and reliable under pressure — you surface risks early and escalate with a clear ask, not just a problem

• Fluent in German and English — you'll be working across DACH markets daily

• Natural documentation discipline — you close projects properly, every time
