Senior Talent Manager (m/f/d) - Berlin

You will be part of our people team at our headquarters in Munich, which currently consists of 12 enthusiasts where only you are missing to complete the team. We are currently in the scaling phase of limehome and are looking for support in attracting and convincing top talents in a fast-paced environment. Sounds interesting? How you'll be hosting with heart:

• Find & convince new limehomies: You're the mastermind behind the entire talent journey: from spotting top talent to sealing the deal with that final signature. Along the way, you’ll ensure every candidate has a "feel-like-home" experience, working hand-in-hand with our Operations and Hospitality pros to make it happen.
• Be the go-to for our hiring managers: You’re the trusted advisor, the sparring partner, the one who keeps it real with our hiring managers. Whether it’s strategic advice or hands-on support, you’re always in the ring, working at eye level and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Own the candidate experience as our Subject Matter Expert: As the SME, you’ll make sure our Talent Acquisition machine runs smoothly. From syncing up with Employer Branding team to ensure our image aligns with the perception of our candidates, to fine-tuning the interview process so it’s fair and consistent. Plus, you’ll geek out on analytics. Tracking candidate satisfaction and drop-off rates to keep everything sharp and shiny.
• Your own projects could include: Jump into exciting, cross-functional projects with the entire people team, whether it’s mapping out the perfect candidate journey, rethinking assessment strategies, pushing diversity initiatives, or rolling out data-driven recruiting magic. Find your groove and leave your mark.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You have 3+ years of solid in-house recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced environment.
• You think analytically, make data-driven decisions and work in an organized and detail-oriented way.
• You have strong communication skills and enthusiasm for a dynamic work environment and thus want to optimise processes and proactively drive things forward.
• You are a born networker, enjoy working with a wide variety of people, and use your empathetic nature to inspire new talents to join us.
• You communicate confidently and directly in English, and you have a good command of German.
