Job description
Are you passionate about Operations and would enjoy working for a hospitality start-up expanding to England? Then join us as an Operations Manager (m/f/d).
How you'll be hosting with heart:
You will be responsible for establishing and launching our very first properties in the UK, setting the quality standards for cleaning, upkeep and maintenance in our newest market.
You will ensure that our daily operations run smoothly by coordinating with our local service providers and conducting site visits regularly.
You guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are up to date and contribute to the development/implementation of new ones.
You are linking our internal team & our partners and establishing a strong relationship with our suppliers (cleaning, laundry, maintenance…) to ensure smooth operations for all limehomes.
You work closely with our international Operations Team and all relevant stakeholders to improve our operations at limehome.
You are able to create/adopt new processes that might appear on-demand.
What you need to shoot for the stars:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in economics, tourism/hospitality or related fields and at least 3+ years of proven experience within operations in a fast paced environment.
You are located in London and are open to visit the properties in the UK on a regular basis.
Additionally, you speak English on a native level.
You have the ability to organize projects, appointments, and are a team player.
Also, you take ownership, love to tackle challenges, and keep cool in stressful situations.
A keen sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality define your work style.
You structure your work individually and love to use your analytical capabilities.
