Are you passionate about Operations and would enjoy working for a hospitality start-up expanding to England? Then join us as an Operations Manager (m/f/d).

How you'll be hosting with heart:

  • You will be responsible for establishing and launching our very first properties in the UK, setting the quality standards for cleaning, upkeep and maintenance in our newest market.

  • You will ensure that our daily operations run smoothly by coordinating with our local service providers and conducting site visits regularly.

  • You guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are up to date and contribute to the development/implementation of new ones.

  • You are linking our internal team & our partners and establishing a strong relationship with our suppliers (cleaning, laundry, maintenance…) to ensure smooth operations for all limehomes.

  • You work closely with our international Operations Team and all relevant stakeholders to improve our operations at limehome.

  • You are able to create/adopt new processes that might appear on-demand.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in economics, tourism/hospitality or related fields and at least 3+ years of proven experience within operations in a fast paced environment.

  • You are located in London and are open to visit the properties in the UK on a regular basis.

  • Additionally, you speak English on a native level.

  • You have the ability to organize projects, appointments, and are a team player.

  • Also, you take ownership, love to tackle challenges, and keep cool in stressful situations.

  • A keen sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality define your work style.

  • You structure your work individually and love to use your analytical capabilities.
