Limehome is building something rare in hospitality: a tech-enabled operator that treats revenue not as a spreadsheet exercise, but as a full-contact commercial sport. As we scale our portfolio toward 12,000+ units, we are transforming our commercial operations. In this newly created pilot role, you will own the commercial reality - pricing logic, channel visibility and revenue prioritization.

Why this role is different:

Most revenue roles are narrowly scoped - pricing in a silo, no visibility into why occupancy actually moves. This role is intentionally the opposite. You own the full commercial picture of your cluster: pricing, local demand generation, channel performance, guest review scores and their revenue impact. The automated tech stack handles the repetitive work. Your job is to think, influence and execute on the decisions that the algorithm can't make.

This is Limehome's commercial leadership model for 2029. The pilot starts in 2026. The people who build it will have a head start.

How you'll be hosting with heart:

Local B2B Sales

  • Own local B2B sales for your cluster: identify, pursue and convert demand generators - nearby hospitals, universities, construction sites, corporate travelers - to protect occupancy during need periods

  • Build and run your own outbound sales pipeline from cold to close; warm leads from the central B2B team are a head start, not a replacement for your own outreach

  • Build relationships with local corporate accounts and travel bookers to create a steady, non-OTA-dependent flow of stays for your cluster

  • Treat this pipeline as a direct occupancy lever you can activate any time OTA demand softens

Commercial Ownership

  • Own commercial performance (RevPAR, GOPPAR) for a cluster of ~10 Limehome properties

  • Set the parameters on our Revenue Management System (RMS) and let it handle the daily pricing execution

  • Monitor performance and adjust pricing and availability to reflect the local B2B activity you're driving

Cross-Functional Commercial Influence

  • Develop and validate new commercial levers (e.g. personalized incentives or loyalty program)

  • Loop in central Channel Managers when your cluster needs a visibility push - OTA ads, content, campaigns

  • Flag the commercial impact of operational issues (e.g. a maintenance issue hurting your Booking.com score) so Ops can prioritize accordingly

  • Share your local B2B and commercial performance in a monthly check-in with the team

Job requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management - hospitality background is a strong plus, not a must

  • Real experience doing outbound, local sales - identifying prospects, making the calls, closing the deal - not just managing accounts that were already there

  • Comfortable enough with numbers to read pricing and revenue data and align your sales activity with commercial goals, even if pricing isn't your specialty

  • Confident working cross-functionally, bringing local market insight to Operations, Marketing and Distribution teams

  • Business fluency in German and English, since most of your outreach will be with local businesses in the DACH region
