Limehome is building something rare in hospitality: a tech-enabled operator that treats revenue not as a spreadsheet exercise, but as a full-contact commercial sport. As we scale our portfolio toward 12,000+ units, we are transforming our commercial operations.

As part of the Revenue & Distribution team you will be responsible to establish a network of partnerships to enable limehome to sign more units in the long stay space. You’ll build and own Limehome’s B2B partnership engine - signing the accounts that book more long-stay units and fill them with demand that does not come from the OTAs. This is a builder role: you find the partners, you close them and you decide the strategy behind them.

How you'll be hosting with heart:

Local B2B Sales

  • Own local B2B sales across your markets: identify, pursue and convert demand generators - corporates, TMCs, hospitals, universities, construction sites - to build steady, non-OTA-dependent occupancy

  • Owning partner strategy: decide when a corporate partner program is the right play and when another route to the account wins. You own the strategy, not just the outreach.

  • Shape the frameworks - rates, terms, distribution - that our local commercial teams activate cluster by cluster.

  • Build and run your own outbound sales pipeline from cold to close - this is the core of the role, not a side activity

  • Build and manage our Global/Key Account relationships, including TMC partnerships and GDS distribution agreements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with central Guest Experience, Distribution Management and Marketing to keep local B2B efforts aligned with broader distribution and CRM strategy

  • Share pipeline development and account performance with commercial leadership on a regular basis

Job requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • 4-6 years executed B2B sales experience - outbound, cold-outreach, closing deals yourself, not managing accounts that were already in place

  • A genuine hunter: you build pipeline from zero and convert it, rather than working from a book of existing relationships

  • Experience managing Global/Key Accounts, including TMC relationships or GDS distribution frameworks

  • Comfortable making the call on partner strategy 

  • Business fluency in German and English, with a solid understanding of the DACH market, since most of your outreach will be with local businesses in the DACH region
