Let’s shoot for the stars:
We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Manager (m/f/d) to drive daily pricing optimization across all our countries and properties, ensuring maximum revenue generation. This role is essential in shaping our pricing strategies, monitoring market trends, and enhancing revenue performance.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

  • Daily Revenue Optimization – Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make real-time pricing adjustments. Continuously refine pricing algorithms and strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.

  • Performance Analysis – Assess property performance, identify opportunities, and implement pricing improvements.

  • Demand & Event Planning – Track major events, new market expansions, and seasonal trends to forecast demand fluctuations. Proactively adjust pricing to capitalize on high-demand periods and mitigate low-demand risks.

  • B2B & Group Requests – Qualify and quote group and B2B bookings to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • Experience: 2+ years in Revenue or Yield Management (preferably in hospitality), with a strong ability to optimize pricing across multiple properties, markets, and countries for maximum revenue impact.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven approach to evaluate trends and make informed pricing decisions.

  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures pricing accuracy and minimizes risks.

  • Strategic Thinking: Supports long-term revenue growth and market positioning.
