Receptionist & Bartender (f/d/m)

  • On-site
    • Benidorm, Spain
  • Hospitality Operations

Job description

We’re looking for a Receptionist & Bartender (f/d/m) to join our team in Benidorm! We’re looking for an exceptional team member to take care of our guests at our Benidorm property, acting as the main point of contact for hospitality and bar operations.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

  • You own the guest experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring every guest has a smooth and enjoyable stay by answering questions, providing local recommendations, supporting arrivals and departures, and offering high-quality assistance throughout their visit.

  • You ensure all rooms meet our standards by performing detailed inspections and collaborating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any issues before guest arrival.

  • You manage the Property Management System (PMS), including updating room status, maintaining accurate guest profiles, and coordinating room readiness.

  • You lead the daily operation of our rooftop and bar area, ensuring the space is guest-ready and maintaining a high level of active service through regular guest interaction and area maintenance.

  • You contribute to a unique property atmosphere by actively delivering the bar service, engaging with guests, recommending drinks and snacks, and using natural upselling strategies to enhance the guest experience and maximize property performance.

Job requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • You hold a certification in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field — or have equivalent professional experience.

  • You bring at least 1–2 years of experience in hospitality operations, with a background in bartending / food and beverage service alongside front-office roles.

  • You must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate and be familiar with health and safety standards in a bar environment.

  • You are fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. An additional European language is a plus.

  • You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to switch between operational inspections and active guest service efficiently.

  • You’re confident when it comes to conflict resolution and applying effective service recovery techniques to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • You’re comfortable working with digital tools and project management software, maintaining accurate logs and reports.

  • You are willing to work on a Mon–Sun rotating schedule, [schedule TBD].

We're designed to stay because:

  • Competitive Salary: Live comfortably in Benidorm with a competitive salary.

  • Feedback: Develop yourself through constant feedback and peer reviews.

  • Oneteam: Great team spirit with regular team lunches and events.

  • Everything for our limehomies: Up to 24 paid vacation days in a year, discounts at Urban Sports Club, support with mental health (Nilo.health), staycations in one of our suite Limehomes, and many more benefits.
