Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) Milan

Shape the future of hospitality – Join us as Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) in Milan!

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• You are an important part of our operations team and are responsible for ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard, providing a consistent and superior experience for our guests.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.

• Independently perform routine maintenance and repair work across all properties in Milan.

• Supervise and coordinate with craftsmen and external maintenance companies to ensure timely and quality work.

• Maintain the technical management of our properties, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning efficiently in collaboration with our property management.

• Monitor and manage our housekeeping (HSK) ticket system to address maintenance issues promptly.

• Beyond all you are responsible for the tidiness and security of the properties.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You have completed professional training in a technical profession (ie: electrician) or have already gained experience in the hotel or cleaning industry.

• You are structured and always put theory into practice.

• You are a real all-rounder and are not afraid to take on a wide variety of tasks in a diverse area.

• You have an eye for detail, are reliable and have organisational talent.

• You have a valid car driving licence and speak Italian and English.

We're designed to stay because:

• Hybrid Office Model: We offer a flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office or partially from home and the office.

• Visa & Language Support: We’ll support you during your visa process and with learning German on every language level after passing your probation period.

• Oneteam: We are #oneteam with a transparent company culture by staying up to date with each other through team stand-ups, regular All-Hands and suite events (Summer, Wiesn, Christmas).

• Growth and Development: We make sure that you keep growing - through constant feedback, peer reviews and exchanges with focus on your development.

• Limitless learning: We offer you the possibility to choose an external development format that will help you in reaching your full potential without any limits in budget.
