(Junior) Operation Manager (m/f/d)

As part of the Hospitality Operations team, you will:

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Oversee and maintain a portfolio of properties across the East region of Spain.

• Support the operational management of our East region portfolio, ensuring all properties meet Limehome’s quality and performance standards.

• Oversee day-to-day operations to guarantee the proper functionality of our apartments and long-term guest satisfaction.

• Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and guest feedback to help drive continuous improvement.

• Coordinate and support on-site employees across your region, ensuring they maintain properties up to standard, handle repairs, maintenance, and improvements effectively, and comply with SLAs and Limehome standards.

• Liaise with internal and external teams (technical providers, contractors, landlords, etc.) to ensure high-quality and efficient service.

• Work closely with internal management and other stakeholders to align regional goals with company strategy and contractual obligations.

• Participate in pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties, assisting with technical readiness and operational handover.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field — or have equivalent professional experience.

• You are fully fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• You bring around 2–3 years of experience in operations, ideally coordinating external partners and handling the day-to-day in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in hospitality, facility management, or real estate operations is a strong plus.

• You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

• You feel comfortable with conflict resolution and day-to-day coordination with landlords, suppliers, or demanding stakeholders.

• You’re ready to take ownership of a large and diverse region, ensuring high performance and smooth operations.

• You’re comfortable working with project management software & tools, and quick to learn new ones.
