In-house Technician (m/w/d) - Berlin

We are looking for a motivated In-house technician (m/f/d) to look after our rooms and buildings in Berlin!

Your tasks

• Repair and maintenance work (e.g. fire protection system, repairs, heating maintenance) in and around the building.
• Checking and monitoring the building services.
• Accompanying maintenance companies.
• Checking our housekeeping ticket management.

Your profile

• Residence in Berlin or (near) surrounding area.
• Completed professional training in a technical/trade profession or previous experience in the hotel, cleaning and/or trade sector.
• Willingness to travel around Berlin.
• Flexibility and communication skills.
• Fluent in either German or English.
• Valid driver's license.
