Senior Growth & Real Estate Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Senior Growth & Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) to help drive our portfolio growth and lead high-impact strategic initiatives across our core markets

How you'll be hosting with heart:

• Strategic Portfolio Growth: Identify, evaluate, and drive high-potential real estate opportunities, including portfolio acquisitions & buy-side transactions

• M&A Investment Execution: Act as deal captain for small to mid-sized M&A opportunities—leading financial due diligence, financial modeling, and coordinating with cross-functional teams

• Executive-Level Support: Partner closely with the Chief Growth Officer and other leadership to inform strategic decision-making and steering (i.e. OKRs)

• Financial & Commercial Analysis: Build, refine, and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic planning, deal underwriting, and investment assessments

• Tooling & Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable processes and tools that improve speed and accuracy in deal evaluation, underwriting, and reporting

• Stakeholder Communication: Create clear, high-impact presentations, teasers, and investment briefs for internal leadership and external stakeholders

What you'll need to shoot for the stars with us:

• Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field—ideally with a focus on strategy or real estate. A Master’s is a plus

• Experience:  4–7 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as consulting, investment banking, private equity, real estate advisory, or high-growth start-ups

• Analytical Excellence: Expert in Excel/Google Sheets with robust financial modelling skills. Familiarity with BI tools like PowerBI, Looker, or Data Studio is an advantage

• Strategic Mindset & Drive: Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership. You question the status quo and deliver solutions that scale

• Strong Communication: You bring clarity to complex topics and are confident presenting your insights to stakeholders across the business

• Passion for Hospitality & Real Estate: You have a deep interest in the evolution of the hospitality sector and real estate trends shaping the market
