How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our dynamic pricing algorithm.

• Integrate customer data insights to refine pricing strategies and enhance responsiveness to demand changes.

• Formulate and test hypotheses to develop innovative mechanisms that adapt to market dynamics.

• Analyze booking behavior through exploratory data analysis to uncover meaningful patterns and trends.

• Apply statistical techniques to assess model factors such as lead times, booking pace, price sensitivity, and event-driven demand.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics), with graduation expected within the next 12 months.

• Previous experience from academic projects or working student roles in areas like complex system simulation, statistics, or data science.

• Solid skills in Python, SQL, data manipulation with pandas, and experience working in Jupyter notebooks.

• You are fluent in English, communicate clearly and confidently, and are comfortable providing proactive feedback.
