Construction Project Manager (d/f/m)

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager (d/f/m) to join our Project Development team in Madrid!

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• You will lead projects from company perspective, ensuring full alignment with objectives and contractual obligations

• You are responsible for improving the look and feel of our properties and ensuring the long-term satisfaction of our guests

• You will oversee the whole design process for our new properties, from interior concepts to actual selection and planning of furniture solutions

• You will evaluate buildings and projects in terms of location, design and layout, also by actively visiting new properties and assisting in their development

• You will suggest design solutions for specific assets, deal with landlords and coordinate with external stakeholders, from signing to construction of projects

• You are familiar with dealing with country-specific regulations regarding both architectural and touristic requirements 

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or Building Engineering.

• You are familiar with all different aspects of the construction of a residential/hotel building with special focus on the HVAC package.

• You love working within a team and are able to approach people fluently in Spanish and English.

• You have organisational and multitasking abilities and are adaptable to changing priorities and conditions.

• You must have a minimum of 3 years working experience, ideally working for main contractor focused on the hospitality sector and know how to deal with external clients, stakeholders and suppliers.

• You ideally have experience working on a construction site either within a construction company or architectural office. Experience on producing estimating costs for construction projects would be a plus.

• You are experienced in CAD softwares
