Limehome is building something rare in hospitality: a tech-enabled operator that treats distribution not as a back-office function, but as a high-leverage commercial engine. As we scale our portfolio toward 12,000+ units, we are transforming the way our properties show up across every channel.
Most channel management roles are reactive — fixing broken images, updating rate plans, troubleshooting connectivity issues. This role is intentionally the opposite. You own our distribution architecture: content integrity, channel health, automation roadmap and platform partnerships.
In this role, you will be the ultimate platform expert for a set of selected OTAs. You will not just maintain our channels, you will actively optimize them. You will dive deep into OTA algorithms, test visibility and conversion levers, manage paid CPC campaigns and build the frameworks that define how we rank and convert across platforms like Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb.
How you’ll be hosting with heart:
Platform Optimization
Master OTA Performance: Become our absolute subject-matter expert on platform dynamics. You will reverse-engineer what drives search rankings and conversion rates across major OTAs.
Channel Expert: Lead our strategy to maximize visibility on OTA’s, specifically designing tests and frameworks (e.g. capture "Guest Favorite" status on AirBnB) across our account structures.
Testing: Design and execute A/B tests (e.g. OTA products, content, parameters) to diagnose visibility gaps and implement data-backed ranking and conversion improvements.
Paid channels & Programs
CPC Ad Management: Launch, test and scale OTA ad products (CPC campaigns on Booking.com and Expedia). You will strictly monitor ROAS, CPC costs and incremental bookings to ensure we are driving profitable top-line growth.
OTA Frameworks: Programs like Booking.com’s Genius program offer visibility at the cost of margin. You will run systematic deep-dives to evaluate their true incremental RevPAR impact and build the frameworks deciding exactly when and where we use them.
Cross-functional Commercial Impact
Commercial Alignment: Partner closely with our Revenue Managers. When a channel is pacing behind, you are the expert who advises which specific OTA lever (an ad, a badge, a targeted promotion) will yield the best ROI.
Guest Experience: Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to incorporate review feedback into content improvements (e.g. recurring complaints about missing amenity information)
Job requirements
What you need to shoot for the stars:
A completed university degree in Business, Economics, Digital Marketing or a related highly analytical field.
A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in Distribution Management, eCommerce Optimization, OTA Account Management or Digital Marketing within a travel-tech environment.
Deep, demonstrable understanding of OTA algorithms (specifically Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia) and what drives their ranking logic.
A highly analytical, A/B testing mindset. You make decisions based on ROAS, conversion rates and incremental lift, not just gut feeling.
You are a builder, not just an operator. You want to design scalable frameworks for distribution, rather than doing repetitive manual data entry.
Excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate testing setups with external OTA partners (Booking.com, Airbnb) and internal commercial teams.
Business fluency in English is required.
