Job description

Are you looking for a dynamic internship where you can take on responsibility and gain deep insights into modern management tasks across multiple areas? Do you want to actively shape daily operations while getting a comprehensive overview of various business functions?

Then join our Office Management Team as an intern at our HQ in Munich! In this role, you’ll take on key responsibilities across different core functions, work directly with C-level managers, and gain hands-on experience in real management tasks.

You could become ‘Host with Heart’ in the following areas:

Office Management

  • Support the efficient management of our office spaces by coordinating external service providers, optimizing processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our modern work environment.

  • Act as the central point of contact for employees, handling requests independently and ensuring a seamless office experience.

  • Maintain and analyze our KPI dashboards, evaluate data, and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Fleet Management

  • Oversee our company vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, managing leasing contracts, and handling insurance claims.

  • Take care of administrative tasks such as processing fines and maintaining all relevant vehicle data.

  • Independently review and optimize existing processes to establish a scalable company-wide fleet management system.

IT Management

  • Ensure our employees have everything they need by managing laptops, smartphones, and accessories while supporting the onboarding of new team members.

  • Help maintain a seamless internal IT support system by handling employee requests efficiently.

  • Analyze KPIs, manage procurement, and keep the IT budget under control.

Event Management

  • Play a key role in planning and executing internal events such as our summer and Oktoberfest celebrations, enhancing employee experience and workplace culture.

  • Take full ownership of sub-projects like travel organization and F&B procurement for events with 300+ employees.

Job requirements

What You Need to ‘Shoot for the Stars’ with us

  • Enrollment in degree program in Business, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a comparable field.

  • A strong passion for event management, hospitality, modern workplace concepts, and New Work.

  • Good knowledge and first hands-on experience with MS Office.

  • A structured, proactive, and independent way of working.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
