Product Lead (d/f/m)

Let’s shoot for the stars:

• Lead and own the product vision and roadmap for critical areas of the limehome guest journey, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

• Support and mentor a growing team of Product Managers, fostering their development and enabling effective product ownership.

• Guide cross-functional teams within your domain through long-term product strategy while balancing day-to-day operational execution.

• Drive product discovery by identifying user needs, validating solutions, and defining clear, measurable outcomes at scale across multiple teams.

• Empower Product Managers to consistently leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize initiatives and measure success.

• Continuously review and optimize collaboration processes with Business Areas, Engineering, and Design to ensure seamless delivery aligned with the product strategy.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Experience leading small product teams (up to 5 direct reports), with a focus on mentoring, performance, and team development.

• Proven ability to drive product discovery and prioritize roadmaps based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• Strong communication skills, with experience aligning senior stakeholders and clearly articulating product vision and decisions.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and user insights to guide strategy and measure outcomes.

• Comfortable conducting and synthesizing user research to inform product direction and improve user experience.

• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering and assess solution feasibility.

• Empathetic, proactive leader with strong active listening, clear storytelling, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
