Senior Talent Manager (m/f/d) - Madrid

You will be part of our people team which is currently based in Munich and Madrid. We are currently in the scaling phase of limehome and are looking for support in attracting and convincing top talents in a fast-paced environment. Sounds interesting? How you'll be hosting with heart:

• Find & convince new talents: You are responsible for the entire talent life cycle (from attracting the best talent to signing the contract) and ensure a great candidate experience by working closely with your stakeholders.
• Optimise our processes: You analyse our processes continuously and use your insights to develop innovative ideas and strategies for candidate acquisition, optimise workflows and help us make our processes more scalable.
• Assist our hiring managers: You are a reliable sparring partner for our hiring managers, advising them on all talent management issues and working on eye level with them.
• Own additional projects: You work cross-functionally with our whole people team on exciting projects such as employer branding activities, designing internal interview trainings, working on salary benchmarks, diversity projects, data-driven recruiting projects and much more.
• Coach your team colleagues: You support your colleagues to grow to the next level by providing them with constant feedback and good mentoring.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You have 3+ years of solid in-house recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced environment.
• Your recruiting interests range from Real Estate to Hospitality Industry to Tech & Engineering profiles.
• You think analytically, make data-driven decisions and work in an organized and detail-oriented way.
• You have strong communication skills and enthusiasm for a dynamic work environment and thus want to optimise processes and proactively drive things forward.
• You are a born networker, enjoy working with a wide variety of people, and use your empathetic nature to inspire new talents to join us.
• You communicate confidently and to the point in English.
