How you’ll be hosting with heart:

  • Build and use your network: You use your existing network and give everything to expand it.

  • Grow our pipeline: You contact potential new real estate partners by cold calling.

  • Improve processes: You define and implement processes in order to achieve ambitious goals by continuously challenging the status quo.

  • Act as sparring partner: You enrich discussions with high-level persons through your extensive knowledge and trustworthy demeanour.

  • Draft contracts: You structure, draft and proof-read contracts.

  • Understand our customers: Your empathy enables you to adapt your communication style to the person in front of you, to detect the pain points in every interaction and come up with creative solutions.

Job requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • You can demonstrate a network and knowledge in commercial real estate, hotel or other operator models and want to work as Brand Ambassador for our business model, values and vision.

  • You have successfully completed your commercial university degree, ideally with a focus on business administration plus real estate background, or a comparable qualification, e.g a Master’s degree in Real Estate.

  • You have 3-5 years of relevant, professional experience in the field of asset management, real estate analysis and expansion, preferably in commercial, hotel, office and / or residential property.

  • You speak Spanish on a nearly native level and have very good English skills.

  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills who detects opportunities and opens doors that stay closed to others.

  • You want to be part of a team of talented and motivated young professionals.
