Are you ready to build the largest hospitality partnership network? Join us as a Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) in Madrid!

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

  • Part of the Revenue & Distribution team you will be responsible to establish a network of partnerships with relocation / corporate travel agencies to enable limehome to sign more units in the long stay space.

  • You identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold-calls & emails. 

  • You negotiate and finalize partnerships in accordance with limehome's guidelines and policies

  • You develop and roll out internal processes to function seamlessly while maintaining close collaboration with both the online product and guest relations teams.

  • Beyond all you deliver a great experience to our (new) partners and maintain a friendly and fruitful ongoing relationship with existing ones.

What you need to shoot for the stars:
  • You have previous experience in partner management or (key)account management and you are truly passionate about building and maintaining relationships. 
  • You shine with your excellent English and Spanish language skills and with your open personality coupled with persuasiveness, and strong communication.
  • Your are a true problem solver, you find easily a way how to merge the process by the agency with our requirements while always representing limehome's best interest. 
  • What is more, your motto is "Nothing is impossible"! You are hands-on and approach things pragmatically and every challenge in a results-oriented way.
