Business Intelligence Team Lead (m/f/d)

How you'll be hosting with heart: 

• Lead your data science & business analytics colleagues by setting focus on the biggest opportunities and help them drive value quickly.

• You help other departments make better data driven decisions.

• You build the best pricing algorithm in our industry in collaboration with our revenue team.

• You develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You have at least one years of experience leading a team in a startup environment and a background of 4 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science.

• You have strong technical skills in SQL and Python, as well as proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets and experience with data visualisation tools.

• You have a strong understanding of business and financial metrics.

• You have a demonstrated ability to independently solve problems and effectively lead a team of highly skilled individuals.

• You possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
