Architectural Planner (m/f/d) - Remote

Would you like to transform a church building into a service apartment project? Would you like to look over hundreds of different projects and build up your knowledge of building typologies? Are you passionate about drafting floor plans for international projects? Join our international team as an Architectural Planner (m/f/d)!

Your tasks:

• You will assess if a building has the potential to be repurposed into serviced apartments.

• You will create layout studies and draft plans to assist our project developers.

• You will support external architects and real estate developers while implementing our design and layout standards.

• You will support our internal construction and interior design teams in project implementation

What you should bring:

• You have a degree or apprenticeship as an architectural draftsman or a similar.

• You have 3 years of planning and drafting experience, preferably for German projects. You focus on drawing the plans, instead of designing the interior.

• You have previously worked with AutoCAD 2D.

• You are fluent in English (C1). German is a plus.

• You are based in one of the following countries: Hungary, Greece, Italy or Spain.
