Your tasks:

• As the lead of the Planning & Design team, you will substantially contribute to the rocket-engine growth of limehome.
• You will spearhead your team to work on the most crucial projects in a timely manner.
• You will maintain a steady stream of planning capacity and deploy solutions to cover peaks of requests.
• You will be responsible for employing your profound expertise to nurture and cultivate team members, aiming for superior output quality.
• You will bring our digitally enabled serviced apartment concept into various real estate projects in Europe.
• You will remain in continual exchange with both internal and external stakeholders, making certain that all parties are aligned.
• You will be in touch with external experts, to make sure planning is always compliant with local regulations in both, national and international markets.
• You get excited about boosting space efficiency.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You successfully completed a university degree with a focus in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Hospitality or related areas
• Your proactive mindset, structuring, and analytical skills, coupled with entrepreneurial thinking stand out from the crowd.
• You strive in a dynamic and performance-driven environment
• You have experience in building scalable teams and developing people
• You are proficient in AutoCAD LT.
• You communicate easily in German and English.
